Visoid Terms of Use
This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between the user and Visoid AS, a company registered at Harald Hårfagres gate 12 C, 0363 Oslo, hereinafter referred to as "Visoid."
1. SaaS Application Information
Visoid is an AI-powered architectural visualization application intended to assist users in creating visual representations of architectural designs, including images portraying the exterior, interior spaces, landscape features surrounding, or urban plans comprising one or several buildings.
2. User Accounts
In order to access and utilize the services provided by Visoid, Users are required to create and log in with their unique user account. During the account creation process, users must provide accurate information, including but not limited to, their email address, name, profession, and company. A User must be be an individual and no one else may access and/or use the service using the same user identification.
3. User Responsibilities
By using the Visoid application, users acknowledge and agree to adhere to the intended purpose of the platform. Users are responsible for ensuring that they possess ownership or appropriate usage rights for all images uploaded to the platform. Prohibited activities include the engagement in illegal activities, uploading of content containing nudity, introduction of malware or viruses, spamming, sharing account with one or more individuals, or engaging in unreasonable usage of the platform. Unreasonable usage is defined as usage that falls outside the scope of the intended purpose or exceeds a reasonable usage pattern. The Visoid Team reserves the right to define a reasonable usage pattern based on platform analytics.
4. Content and Data
Users retain complete ownership rights to all images uploaded or generated using the Visoid platform. For images generated within the free subscription tier, Visoid maintains usage rights for internal purposes, such as training.
5. Payment and Billing
Access to Visoid is granted through a monthly subscription model, facilitated by a third-party service. The Visoid Team reserves the right to adjust pricing, available features, and other limitations on the subscription levels without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
Users retain full intellectual property rights over the content they upload to the Visoid platform.
7. Termination of Accounts
The Visoid Team reserves the right to terminate user accounts at its discretion without prior notice. Users may also terminate their accounts by initiating contact with the Visoid Team.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Visoid application is provided on an "as-is" basis. Visoid AS disclaims all warranties related to the performance of the application.
9. Limitation of Liability
Visoid AS shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the application.
10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Norway.
11. Changes to Terms of Use
The most current version of the Terms of Use is always available on the Visoid website. The Visoid Team reserves the right to change or modify the Terms of Use at any time without prior user notification. Continued use of the application after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Security Measures
Visoid employs comprehensive measures to safeguard user data and privacy.
14. Third-Party Services
Visoid retains the right to utilize third-party services to deliver its offering.
By accessing or using the Visoid application, users agree to abide by the terms outlined in this agreement. It is advisable to review this document periodically, as Visoid reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice.
